How can we help?
Answers about what Memorra does, how it compares, and planning a great event.
The basics
Memorra is one place to plan your whole event. You build your guest list, send invitations by email and text, track who is coming, set a budget, find and message vendors, design your invitation cards, and arrange your seating. Instead of juggling a spreadsheet, your inbox, and a handful of other apps, everything lives together.
Manage guests and RSVPs, send email and SMS invitations and save the dates with a one tap reply link, design invitation cards from templates or with AI, track your budget, discover and contact vendors, build seating charts by dragging guests onto tables, and ask the built in assistant to handle the busywork.
No. Weddings are the most common use, but Memorra works for any event with a guest list: engagement parties, showers, birthdays, reunions, and company events.
No. If you can fill out a form and drag things around, you can use Memorra. The assistant can also do a lot of the setup for you if you would rather just ask.
Why Memorra
A spreadsheet is fine until it is not. It does not send invitations, it does not track RSVPs on its own, it will not chase the people who have not replied, and it gets messy fast once you are managing meal choices, plus ones, dietary notes, and seating for 100 plus people. Memorra does all of that for you and keeps it in one place.
Those are good for a wedding website and a registry. Memorra is built around actually running the event: real guest management, email and text invitations with trackable RSVPs, budgeting, vendor outreach, and seating. You can use both. Memorra is the tool that does the day to day planning work.
The assistant can act inside your event, not just answer questions. Ask it to fill in your seating chart, find real vendors near you, draft and send vendor messages, or nudge the guests who have not RSVP’d yet. It writes the messages so you are never starting from a blank page.

Yes. Start from a template or let AI build a card around your colors, then send it by email or text with a matching save the date.
Planning your event
Start with three things: a rough guest count, a budget, and a date range. Those three decisions drive almost everything else, from the venue to how many invitations you will send. Memorra has a checklist that walks you through the rest, month by month.
Save the dates usually go out around six to eight months ahead, earlier if a lot of guests are traveling. Formal invitations go out around six to eight weeks before the event. Digital save the dates are faster to send and much easier to track.
Send invitations with RSVP links and let the replies update your list for you. You can see at a glance who has responded, who is still pending, and send a reminder to just the people who have not answered.
Pricing and your account
Yes. The free plan covers one event with a smaller guest list so you can try the core tools before you pay for anything. Paid plans add more guests, text messaging, vendor communication, and higher limits.
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you want. You keep your plan until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free plan. No contracts.
Your data is stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest, and each account can only ever see its own data. Guest phone numbers are used only to send the messages you ask for. They are never sold or used for advertising. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
